Lury Privacy Policy

Lury "the App” provides negotiation feature in the storefront "the Service" to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account: read_products,read_orders,read_script_tags,write_script_tags,read_price_rules,write_price_rules,read_discounts,write_discounts,read_locales,read_themes

Store Owner's Personal Information the App Collects

Additionally, we collect the following types of personal information from you once you have installed the App: Information about you and others who may access the App on behalf of your store, such as your name, address, email address, phone number, and billing information; Information about individuals who visit your store, such as their IP address, web browser details, time zone, and information about the cookies installed on the particular device.

We collect personal information directly from the relevant individual, through your Shopify account, or using the following technologies: “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org. “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps. “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.

Store Customer's Personal Information the App Collects

You, the merchant, can optionally choose to collect your store visitor's Email and Phone number through our app at your store front. You must manually choose to have these fields shown at your storefront within our app. By default, or upon app installation, these fields are not shown. The Store Visitor's information will be deleted automatically after 3 years of first storing them at our servers. It is your responsibility to export your store visitor data through our export facility. We do not collect or store Personally Identifiable Information of your store customer in any way other than as mentioned in this paragraph.

Security of Your and Store Visitor's Information

Your and your Store Visitor's information is protected by utilizing both online and offline security methods, including firewalls, passwords and restricted physical access to the places where your information is stored. Although we use industry standard practices to protect your privacy, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information or private communications will always remain free from security issues. In the event of a security breach involving your personal information, we will make any legally required disclosures to you in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, consistent with the legitimate interests of law enforcement, or any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore the reasonable integrity of the data system.

How Do We Use Your Store Visitor's Personal Information?

We may share your Customer's Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

We will not share or sell your Customer's personal information with any third party. We do not use your store Customer information for any advertising or commercial purposes.

Keeping Information

We will keep your information only for as long as we need it to provide you services, manage our business or as required by law or contract.

You can execute your and your store customer's Right To Be Forgotten and delete the personally identifiable information and all data associated with your account from our servers permanently, by reaching us at the email address privacy@lury.app

Sharing Your Personal Information

We may share Your Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Behavioural Advertising As described above, we use your, the merchant's, Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. You can opt out of targeted advertising by emailing us. Additionally, you can opt out of some of these services by visiting the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out portal at: http://optout.aboutads.info/. Your Rights If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

Data Retention When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Changes We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
