Can I define product exceptions on an eligible collection?

Yes. When you enable a collection, all products within it get the Make an Offer button. Use the Product Block feature to exclude individual products — blocked products will never show the offer option, regardless of collection settings.

Can I stop negotiation on my entire store temporarily?

Absolutely. Go to Settings within the app, choose Disable, and click Submit. The Make an Offer button will disappear from every page. When you re-enable, all your configurations, content, and settings come back instantly.

How does pricing work?

Lury is free to install. We charge only 1% on offers that convert to a fully paid order. All other offers — countered, declined, or abandoned — are completely free and unlimited.

Can customers share discount codes?

No. Every accepted offer generates a unique, single-use discount code tied to that specific transaction. Codes cannot be shared, reused, or scraped — eliminating discount leakage entirely.

Does Lury support multiple languages?

Yes. Lury has full multi-language support built in. The offer popup, button text, and all customer-facing messages automatically adapt to your store's language settings.

Getting Started with Lury

Welcome to Lury

Lury lets your customers make offers on products in your Shopify store. Instead of relying on blanket discounts, you let shoppers name their price — and smart rules handle the rest.

Step 1: Install the App

Visit the Shopify App Store listing and click Install. Follow the OAuth flow to connect your store. Lury is free to install — you only pay 1% on offers that convert to a fully paid order.

Step 2: Configure Your Rules

Once installed, navigate to the app dashboard. Choose which products or collections should have the "Make an Offer" button. Set your minimum acceptable price (the floor) for each product — Lury will auto-accept anything above, counter reasonable offers, and decline lowball bids.

Step 3: Customize the Look

Match the offer popup to your store's branding. Customize button colors, popup theme, and call-to-action text. You can even add custom CSS for pixel-perfect control.

Step 4: Go Live

Enable the app on your storefront via the theme app extension. The "Make an Offer" button will appear on your selected product pages immediately. You can also enable exit intent popups to catch visitors about to leave.
